Enrollment in all benefits, including 401k, begins on the first day of your employment.

Benefits for Full-Time Team Members include:

  • Multiple health plan options to ensure your coverage meets your family’s needs, including HMO, PPO, copay and high deductible options.

  • Employer-paid monthly allowance towards the cost of medical, dental and vision coverage.

  • Employees selecting a high-deductible health plan will also receive an employer contribution to their Health Savings Account to offset costs.

  • Supplemental benefit options including Life Insurance, Short-term and Long-term Disability.


Benefits for Full and Part-Time* Team Members include:

  • Accrual of 27 Paid Time Off days per year, with up to 50 days eligible for rollover from year to year.

  • Four Wellness Days per calendar year to give you time to prioritize self-care, separate from vacation and sick time. Wellness Days are in addition to accrued Paid Time Off.

  • Paid parental leave after one year of service with the organization. If you welcome a new child into your home, we will pay your full salary for 12 weeks. This would be available if you are the individual giving birth, your partner/spouse gives birth, or if you welcome a child into your home via adoption or surrogacy.

  • Supplemental benefit options include AFLAC and an Employee Assistance Program.

  • 401k plan with up to 4% company matching; all employees are fully vested from their initial contribution. RISE Community Solutions also provides an external Financial Advisor to work with you one-on-one to support your retirement plan goals.

  • Observance of ten company-paid holidays.

  • Generous Bereavement policy that includes loss of family as well as losses related to miscarriages, surrogacy, or abortions.
